REGOLE GENERALI -GENERAL RULES

a) Sono ammessi al campionato skipper muniti di gioco "virtualskipper VSK5" o "virtualskipper 32nd AC" con patch. Are admitted to the league the skippers having the game" virtualskipper VSK5" or "virtualskipper 32nd AC" patched.

b) Giudice unico è il giudice virtuale di VSK5 e le gare sono in modalita NPC con solo due eccezioni :
Single judge is the virtual judge of VSK5 and races are in NPC mode with only two exceptions :

b.1) gli skippers possono chiedere la cancellazione di penalità dovute alla reg.17 se considerata errata ; lo skipper che ha dato penalità DEVE cancellare la penalità e lo skipper che ha chiesto la cancellazione DEVE inviare la documentazione e la richiesta motivata di omologazione del risultato entro 24 ore dal termine della gara. Se la richiesta di cancellazione risulterà corretta , il risultato verrà omologato , in caso contrario la barca verrà penalizzata di ... secondi sul tempo di arrivo. Il mancato invio della documentazione verrà punito con la squalifica.
the skippers may request the cancellation of penalties due to reg.17 if considered incorrect, the skipper who gave penalty must cancel the penalty and the skipper asked for cancellation must submit documentation and substantiated request for approval of the result within 24h from end of race. If the request for cancellation will result correct, the result will be accepted, otherwise the boat will be penalized for ... seconds on the time of arrival. Failure to send the documentation will be punished by disqualification.

b.2) Se nel percorso gli skipper dovranno approcciare in bolina stretta un ostacolo continuo ( costa , isola , pontile ) la barca sopravvento dovrà dare acqua alla barca sottovento costretta alla vira ad una distanza di almeno 3 (tre) lunghezze dall'ostacolo ; le eventuali barche sopravvento ingaggiate con la barca sopravvento sono tenute a fare altrettanto. E' consigliato alle barche sottovento digitare "RTT" nella chat del gioco. Nel caso di penalità e richieste di cancellazione , si adotteranno le stesse procedure descritte per la regola 17.
If the the skippers sailing close-hauled in their course will have to approach in a continuous obstacle (coast, island, pier), the windward boat must keep clear to the boat forced to change course with a distance of at least 3 (three) lengths from the obstacle, and any boat overlapped with the windward boat is required to do the same. d) Incontro in sailing chat o visubox alle ore 21,45 - Apertura delle regate alle ore 22,00 - Partenza non oltre le ore 22,15. - Meeting in Sailing chat or visubox at 21,45 - Regattas will be opened at 22,00 - Start reagttas not before 22,15.

e) Gli skippers dovranno effettuare una iscrizione al campionato ( apposito bottone in home page GIVV ; è necessario essere registrati e loggati in www.vsksailing.it ) - Skippers have to register in champioship ( appropriate button in GIVV home page; you need to be registered and logged in www.vsksailing.it ) .

COMPOSIZIONE GIRONI - GROUPS BUILDING

a) La composizione dei gironi delle regate ( tranne la prima ) saranno definite in base alla classifica definita fino a quel momento.

b) Lo skipper che non avrà regatato nei due turni precedenti ,non sarà ammesso alla regata successiva , salvo che non presenti richiesta scritta al comitato a mezzo e-mail a : admin@vsksailing.it

c) Nella quinta regata , la composizione dei gironi verrà effettuata direttamente dalla attuale classifica generale considerando le teste di serie come segue : GRUPPO 1 dal 1° al 10° skipper , GRUPPO 2 dal 11° al 20°skipper e così via.

d) L'undicesima tappa rappresenta la finale e sarà corsa solo dai primi 20 skipper classificati ai primi 20 posti della classifica al termine della decima tappa e dopo gli scarti. I punteggi saranno raddoppiati.

a) The distribution of the skippers in the groups in regattas (except the first) will be implemented according to the actual general ranking.

b) The skipper that will not raced in two previous racing days ,will not be accepted for the next regatta unless they present a written request to the committee by e-mail to: admin@vsksailing.it

c) In the fifth race , the groups will be implemented dropping the skippers onto groups directly according to the actual general ranking Whereas the seedings will be identified as follows : GROUP #1 from 1st to 10th skipper , GROUP #2 from 11st to 20th skipper , and so on .

d) The eleventh stage represents the final and will be sailed by the best 20 skippers reaching the first 20 slots of the ranking considered to the end of tenth round and after descharge. The scores will be doubled.

TIPI DI REGATA E PUNTEGGI - RACE TYPES & SCORING

a) L'evento è organizzato in "tappe" ; ogni tappa è costituita da due regate : nella prima una regata lunga ( offshore o costiera ) e nella seconda una regata classica ( circuito o bastone ).

b) Nelle regate saranno usate le barche come indicato nel calendario. Ogni gruppo sarà cosituito da 20 skippers e la durata delle regate sarnno all'incirca di 30/40 minuti. Il vincitore otterrà 20 punti , il secondo 19 , il terzo 18 e così via...
Al termine del campionato , sarà possibile scartare IL peggior risultato acquisito in OGNI tipo di gara (lunga - classica ) ; non sarà possibile scartare i punteggi della finale.

c) Il vincitore di ogni tappa ( somma dei punteggi della regata offshore o costiera e della regata classica ) avrà un bonus di 3 punti nella classifica generale della tappa. Il secondo classificato otterrà due punti , il terzo un punto.

a) The event is organized in "stages", each stage consists of two races: the first a long-distance race (offshore or inshore) and the second a classic race (circuit or staff).

.b) In the races will be used boats models as indicated in the calendar. Each group will take the form of 20 skippers and length of the regattas will be approximately 30/40 minutes. c) The winner of each stage (the sum of the scores of offshore or inshore race and classic race) will have a bonus of 3 points in the overall ranking of the stage. The second ranked skipper will get two points, the third a point.

OSPITARE UNA GARA - HOSTING A RACE

a) Gli host dovranno lanciare con il nome della gara "GIVV10-GRx" con la password indicata dal proprio girone. "x" è il numero del proprio girone. L'apertura della gara dovrà essere fatta entro le ore 22,00 ; non appena il girone sarà completo l'host potrà dare lo start. In caso di girone incompleto, lo start dovrà comunque essere dato entro e non oltre le 22,15. E' buona norma dare uno start di prova per verificare eventuali presenze di lags.

b) Il prestart sarà di 5 minuti ; l'host DEVE rilanciare la regata per sconnessioni di uno o più skipper durante i primi 3 minuti del prestart ; non saranno ammessi restart nei due minuti precedenti allo start. Dopo la quinta disconnessione di qualsiasi skipper , l'host DEVE iniziare la regata senza gli skipper disconnessi. Entro il primo minuto di gara l'host HA FACOLTA' ( ma non obbligo ) di ripartenza in caso di problemi tecnici giudicati tali da falsare il buon andamento della gara ( come evidenti lags ).

c) I risultati corredati di screenshots dell'ordine di arrivo , dovranno essere inviati a results@vsksailing.it ; il replay è necessario solo in caso di protesta per atteggiamento evidentemente antisportivo o per contravvenzioni al regolamento.

c) The results accompanied by screenshots of the final ranking , should be sent to results@vsksailing.it ; the replay is necessary only in case of protest due to unfair attitude or related to regulation contraventions.
